How Many Delivery Methods Are There & What Are The Timeframes?
There are two types of thinkgroup delivery – Normal and Express
Metropolitan Areas
Normal - $15.00 (ex GST)
Orders placed before 11am EST (Eastern Standard Time) will be delivered the “next business day” before 5pm EST
Order placed after 11am EST will be delivered the day after the “next business day” before 5pm EST
Express - $30.00 (ex GST)
Order before 11am and delivery to be completed on the same day
Some products are shipped from interstate and may require additional time for delivery.
All deliveries of orders are dependant on items being in stock with our suppliers.
Regional Areas
Regional - $25.00 (ex GST)
Please allow between 3 and 7 days to Regional Areas.
Please note: Express Delivery does not apply to Regional Areas.

For fragrances and cosmetics: 5-10 business days
For whitegoods and brown goods: 5-10 business days
For TVs: 5-10 business days
NOTE: Large items may attract a higher delivery fee. If this is the case, this additional charge will be clearly communicated and authorised by the client before the final order is placed.
